Multi Stage Emulsified Turbine Oil Purifier Oil Cleaning Water Removal System
Application:
Series TVP vacuum oil purifier is special designed for turbine oil, lubricating oil and cooling oil to removing a large amount of moisture and impurity. Such as power plants, power station steam turbine in the process of running, moisture, dust and impurities will be mixed in the turbine oil, will accelerate the oxidation of oil, and changed with foam, fouling and oil sludge, cause the oil emulsified serious, and lead to oil-water separation more difficult, reduce the oil performance of lubrication, speed, cooling etc. Meanwhile caused the metal parts of turbine steam to corrosion, bad for the safe operation of steam turbine. So TVP series machine is the special maintenance equipment for the power plant, power station to clean the used turbine oil.
TVP turbine oil purifier series is developed by vacuum evaporation technology, coacervation technology, coalescing technology, separating engineering technology and refined purification technology. It can eliminate water, gas, impurities, colloid, dielectric etc. rapidly and effectively in high vacuum situation and make the waste oil renewed. Turbine or other equipments which has lubrication system need be replaced frequently because of vapor, water and other impurities mixed with it. Otherwise, oil deterioration would result in breakdown of machinery or affect the normal running of machinery. TVP series can effectively extend the lifetime of oil and protect turbine and other machinery which has lubrication system from damage.

1. Special polymer materials as filter medium with the functions of broken emulsion, dewatering, removing particles
2. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, equips with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
3. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technology.
4. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
5. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.
6. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
7. Work online with stream turbine, hydraulic turbine.

Maintenance:
1. check and adjust after oil purifier works for a period of time
1). all the electric control apparatus
2). temperature controller
3). oil seals and motor couplings
4). clean filter elements, check pumps and motors
5). all the pipes for leaking
2. Clean the motor and change the lubricating grease
3. Check and add specified lubricating oil to vacuum pump,
4. If oil purifier is not in use for one month or more, put it on a dry, flat ground, close all valves and electric cabinet, cove the whole machine with canvas
