Fully Automatic Vacuum Transformer Mobile Oil Purifier For Outdoor Work
Application:
Mobile Fully Automatic type Double-stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier Machine (Series VPM) has been specially designed for on/off site use to completely purify insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers even when transformer power both below and above 100kva, 110KV and altitude over 500 meters, as well as purify mutual inductor oil, switch oil and so on. Also it can fill the insulating oil into the transformers on-line and dry the transformer.
The VPM oil purifier machine not only provides regular oil filtration works such as degassing, dehydration and particles removal, but also can remove acidity, sludge, carbon deposits, sulfur, and other soluble oil decay products, increase the oil’s dielectric strength value (BDV value) so as to improve the physical & chemical properties comparable to new transformer oil.
The whole operation is fully automatically controlled by PLC system equipped with famous brand touch screen, all procedure are proceed by touch screen, easy and simple.

□ Obvious effect on degraded insulating oil treatment online with its lamps indicative of the conditionof operation,And it is designed flexibly with low noise,deep purification and free manipulation.
□ Chain safety protection system,an interlocking of oil drainage system,vacuum system and heating system,which avoids any possible negative impacts caused by incorrect manipulation.
□ Indication for changing filters,stop device for overloaded filters.
□ Stop device for electricity leakage and overloaded power to protect the motor.
□ Phase-sequence and open-phase protection,Safety control for sudden shut-down.
Optional mode:
□ The customers' request can be met by adopting PLC intelligent control, touch screen and dynamical display.
□ On line water tester is available.
□ Available in mobile option, immovable option and trailer.
□ Oil purifier can be made in hermetical, canopy-covering, open and frame style. Color of the oil purifier can follow customer's favor.
