Application:
DVP series insulating oil purification equipment is widely used in various large transformer installation and maintenance for hot oil circulation and vacuum drying. 110KV-750KV high voltage or more, EHV transformer insulating oil purification, also applies to high-grade new oil, the high depth of processing imported oil.Compared with the single-stage vacuum, the machine increases the roots pump pressurization system,secondary high vacuum separation systems ,infrared progressive scan automation systems and three-dimensional flash emergency rapid evaporation system ,it can degas, dewater, and remove the acid value and impurity quickly, The treated transformer oil have higher limit brake down voltage value,It’s not only used for oil purifier but also as a separate vacuum source which have the function of vacuum drying and oil injection for transformer equipment.
About DVP250:
This is the automatic type of our DVP250 model transformer oil purifier machine with PLC control parts,it can treat 250L/minute(15000L/hour) transformer oil,this machine used Europe famous brand Germany Leybold vacuum pump and China famous brand root pump,we also could supply the Europe famous brand root pump as customer required.
Features:
∆ Advanced dehydrating and degassing system that uses large area three-dimensional flash distillation technique to remove harmful composition in the oil such as water, air and gas.
∆ Used for oil filling for transformers and circuit breakers under vacuum condition.
∆ Precise filtration system, high-quality filter element , multistage filtration with gradual precision can help to remove mechanical impurities in the oil.
∆ An advanced fully automatic temperature controlling system , liquid-level controlling system ,defoaming controlling system, pressure protecting system and excellent configuration can
ensure operation of the equipment with high performance.
∆ Online work , allowing separated operation of manual operates from machine with lamps indicating the condition for operation.
∆ It is humanization design with low noise , deep purification and long time free maintenance to save cost from the running process.
∆ Purifiers are equipped with a chain safety protective system, an interlocking of oil drainage system ,vacuum
system and heating system which avoids any possible negative impacts caused by mal-operation.
∆ Double stages vacuum source and dehydration, degasification system, vacuum pump with roots pump, high speed vacuum evacuation, ultimate vacuum ≤ 5Pa
∆ Automatic double-infrared liquid level controller, pressure protector, which ensure long-term safely and reliable operation.
∆ Automatic defoaming system with dual electronic monitoring system, which avoid the foam ejecting and gushing to vacuum pump.
∆ Horizontal double vacuum separation technology, doubling the evaporation area and degassing time
∆ Advanced cooling system of vacuum pump, it reduces the frequency of oil’s replacement and extends the life of vacuum pump.
∆ Interlocked protective system connects oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
